Set up in 4 steps
Make your own copy
After purchase, open the PDF from your Etsy downloads and click the template link. Google Sheets asks you to “Make a copy”, and the copy lands in your own Google Drive, private to you.
Fill in SETUP
Add the bride, the wedding date, your role and currency, then list your crew. Tick Chipping in for everyone who shares costs.
Add events and expenses
List the shower, bachelorette and other plans on EVENTS with a budget. Log each cost on EXPENSES with who paid it.
Settle up and stay on track
SETTLE UP shows who owes what. Work through TO-DO as the wedding gets closer and log gifts on SHOWER GIFTS.

Can I reuse it next year?
Yes. Make a new copy and change the year on the setup tab.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes, a Dark Mode edition is included free. It has the same tabs and formulas with a dark background that's easier on the eyes at night. Your download page has a button for each version, and you can keep both.
