Fill in SETUP and GROUP
Name the trip, add the dates, destination, budget per person and currency. List everyone on GROUP with their RSVP.
Plan the weekend
Build the ITINERARY day by day, then split the PACKING list so shared things are covered.
Log costs, then settle up
Add each cost on EXPENSES with who paid. The guest of honor never pays a share, and SETTLE UP shows every balance.

Can I reuse it next year?
Yes. Make a new copy and change the year on the setup tab.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes, a Dark Mode edition is included free. It has the same tabs and formulas with a dark background that's easier on the eyes at night. Your download page has a button for each version, and you can keep both.
