01 Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to this website and to the digital templates sold by GetPlanly, based in Brentwood, California ("GetPlanly", "we", "us"). By using the website or purchasing and using a template, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or templates.
02 Our products
GetPlanly sells digital Google Sheets™ templates. Nothing physical is shipped. After purchase you receive a downloadable file (usually a PDF) containing a link that lets you make your own copy of the template in Google Sheets.
A free Google account is required. Screenshots on this website use sample data to show how each template works; the template you receive starts blank and ready for your own information.
03 Purchases & delivery
All purchases are made through our Etsy shop and are also subject to Etsy's terms and policies. Prices, taxes and payment are handled by Etsy. Downloads are available instantly from your Etsy purchases page. If you have trouble accessing your template, email help.planly@gmail.com and we'll help.
04 Refunds
Because templates are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and we don't accept returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to love what you bought: if a template doesn't work as described, or the link isn't working, contact us and we'll fix it, send a replacement, or work with you on a fair solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
05 Your license
When you buy a template, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:
- Make copies of the template for your own personal or household use, and for your own small business's internal use.
- Edit, customize, recolor and add to your copy however you like.
- Reuse the template year after year.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the template or its link, whether modified or not.
- Sell the template, or products built from it, on any marketplace or website.
- Claim the design as your own or pass it off as your work.
- Use the template to create a competing template product.

Free downloads
Freebies like our free 2027 calendar are for your personal use, and you're welcome to print them for your household. Please don't sell them or post the files elsewhere. If a friend would like one, share our free calendar page instead.
06 Intellectual property
The website, templates, designs, text, graphics and the GetPlanly name and logo are owned by GetPlanly or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a template gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the design. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
07 Not financial, tax or legal advice
Our budgeting, debt, savings, net worth, bookkeeping, pricing and tax-estimate templates are organizational tools only. They do not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and their calculations depend entirely on the information you enter.
Always double-check important numbers, and consult a qualified professional (such as an accountant, tax advisor or financial planner) before making financial or tax decisions. Meal, calorie and weight trackers are for general information only and are not medical or nutritional advice.
08 Third-party services
Our templates run on Google Sheets, our shop runs on Etsy, and our emails are sent with Kit. Their availability, features and policies are controlled by those companies, and your use of them is governed by their terms. Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC; GetPlanly is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google or Etsy.
09 No warranties
We work hard to make reliable, accurate templates, but the website and templates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that templates will be error-free or will meet every need, or that Google Sheets features they rely on won't change.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetPlanly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or savings, arising from your use of the website or templates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the template involved.
11 Using this website
Please don't misuse the website (for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it in ways it isn't designed for). How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12 Governing law
GetPlanly is based in Brentwood, California, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before filing any claim, please email us at help.planly@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it together.
13 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
