Productivity Bundle
Habits, tasks, classes and books in one place.
Enter your book goal and how fast you read to see the pages and minutes it takes each day, if you're on pace right now, and when you'd finish.
Assumes every book is the average length and you read every day from the start date through Dec 31, both days counted. Your numbers stay on this device.
A yearly goal feels big. A daily page count doesn't. The calculator splits what's left of your goal across the days you have, so you know what a normal reading day looks like.
Short books and audiobooks count too. If your list mixes long and short reads, use the average length of the books you plan to read.
This calculator gives you a pace. Planly Book Nook keeps the record: each book with its pages, dates and rating, your yearly reading goals, and a dashboard that charts books and pages per month. Pair it with Planly Habit Streak to tick off your daily reading minutes and keep the streak going.
Every book you read, logged and rated. A Google Sheets reading tracker with a book log, ratings, a cover gallery, library, reading habits and a reading calendar.
Small habits, big glow-up. A monthly Google Sheets habit tracker with daily checkboxes, streaks and progress charts for every habit.

Habits, tasks, classes and books in one place.
At 300 pages a book, 52 books is 15,600 pages. Spread over 365 days that's about 42.7 pages a day. At 40 pages an hour, it works out to roughly 64 minutes of reading a day.
Books left (your goal minus books read) times your average pages per book, divided by the days from your start date through Dec 31, counting both days. Minutes per day is that page count divided by your reading speed, times 60.
We take your goal and spread it evenly over the year. If you've read at least one book more than that even pace would give you by today, you're ahead. One book or more under, you're behind. Anything in between counts as on track.
It's when you'd reach your goal if you keep reading at the same rate you have so far this year: books read divided by the days since Jan 1. It's blank until you've logged at least one book.
Read for 15 minutes with a timer, count the pages and multiply by 4. Most adults land between 30 and 60 pages an hour for fiction. Dense nonfiction is often slower.
The status box turns green when you're ahead of an even pace or have reached your goal, and pink when you're behind by a book or more. In the progress bar, dark green is books read and the thin pink line marks where an even pace would put you today. The finish date row is green when it lands on or before Dec 31 and pink when it falls after. A "what if" box turns green when that much reading each day would meet your goal.
